Hi there! I’m Tayler, owner of Clean Eats by Tay, a platform I created to share my healthy plant-based meals, snacks, and desserts, as well my tips and experiences in the world of wellness. I love to cook, bake, exercise, and take care of my body – all of which are things I plan to talk about here on this website.
I believe that the food we eat shapes every aspect of our lives, from the way we think to how we are able to perform each day. Eating the right foods gives you the energy and nutrients to live your best life, which is why I decided in May 2017 to begin my Instagram (follow me here) where I share my daily plant-based meals and recipes to inspire others to make healthier choices.
All of my recipes are vegan (although I do have the occasional eggs for personal reasons), mostly gluten-free, and made of real and wholesome ingredients. Although the food I make is healthy and great for your mind and body, I guarantee you will never be sacrificing flavor and taste.
